Quality Management

Do glass, powder and inks meet the agreed quality characteristics? Are the decorations acid-resistant or reusable? Are the printed bottles, particularly those for carbonated beverages, pressure-resistant? Compliance with quality standards and consequently also consumer protection require defined processes and trained employees.

The quality management department at DECO GLAS acts as a corporate department which is independent of the production department. This guarantees greatest possible objectivity while ensuring comprehensive quality in the interest of customers.

The certifications to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 22000 confirm that DECO GLAS meets international standards. This means that the work of DECO GLAS not only meets the high requirements of quality management in general, but also the special demands and aspects of food safety, including the HACCP oncept. Regular external audits ensure that standards are met and that opportunities for improvement are continuously realised – directly on the products, within company processes and in communication with customers and suppliers.

To ensure first-rate product quality, all DECO GLAS employees see themselves as quality managers.
